    Here's the bottom line

    Superb location in Polanco that gives you quick access to vibrant restaurants and attractions. The spacious city-view rooms are excellent, matched only by the lovely staff and rooftop bar ambiance. Don't miss out on the amazing service from Enrique, the driver who doubles as an excellent tour guide. It's a gem for anyone visiting!

    Beautiful design, exceedingly helpful staff. The shower hammock has entirely spoiled me for other hotels-- I never wanted to leave.

    It was pricey, but you get what you pay for.

    The service was friendly, I was offered a wonderful breakfast with delicious fruits and cheeses and meats. Location: the hotel was next to warm Mexico as well as Polanco: great neighborhood. Spent a nice evening at Casa Hevia, located minutes from the venue.

    Very nice rooftop bar experience, paired with attentive and friendly staff. The location in Polanco is superb. The spacious rooms offered a comfortable retreat, although the amenities felt limited compared to similar hotels. Best steaks were a highlight, but variety could improve. A nice getaway with standout moments overshadowed by some room for enhancement.

    Totally recommended for celebrating birthday. The service is friendly, includes complimentary parking. I see that WiFi worked well in the rooms. They have a downstairs bar.

    Good big room with cool design and funky features like a hammock in the bathroom.

    Shower was too hot and there was no way to cool it down as it got hotter either way it was turned. IPod docks were old and had bad sound quality. Not good hair dryer. It was small and old. Expect more from a boutique hotel. Was ok for the deal I got through Booked.net but at the hotel advertised price which was about twice as much, I would have been very disappointed.

    I had a fantastic 4-night stay! The spacious two queen beds room had a perfect city view. The rooftop bar was great. The free snacks in the lobby were a good bonus!

    Nothing noteworthy to mention.

    Nice and helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Great to have music in the room and an Ipod base.

    The only point I did not like is that you can not open the window in the room (even sliding windows).
